Do I have to sign up for a wholesale account?

Yes, you are required to register for a wholesale account to view our products and to make purchases online.

How can I sign up?

Please click Wholesale Account Sign Up on the website's home page.

Can I view your products right after signing up?

We need to review your application and activate your wholesale account before you can view our products.

How long will I wait for account approval?

Upon receipt of your application, we will review it and keep you informed of its status within 1 business day via email.

Ordering

How can I order?

You can order online directly through our website. Simply browse or search our online catalog, add the items indicating the quantities of each to your shopping cart, and then checkout. Alternatively, you can order via email at sales@horn.jewelry. Please include item codes and quantities in your email.

What is your minimum order amount?

We accept wholesale orders with a minimum of only US$300.00 excluding shipping.

What is your minimum quantity?

Our minimum quantity is only 05 items per style.

Can you custom make my own designs?

Of course, we can. Please email us at sales@horn.jewelry for your custom order requests.

Can I cancel my order? What is your cancellation fee?

Yes. All orders canceled after production has begun will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value.

Do you offer free samples?

We do not offer free samples. If you are serious about doing business with us and would like to sample our items, please place a test order of only US300.00 (our minimum order amount) and we will not let you down.

Payment

What is your payment term?

A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to process your order. The rest of the total value plus shipping cost and other charges (if applicable) must be paid before we ship the order to you. Prior to sending the rest of the payment, if you need a photo proof of finished products, please feel free to let us know.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • MoneyGram

What currency do you accept?

We accept United States Dollars (USD) for all orders.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do NOT charge sales tax on all orders.

Shipping

What is your delivery time?

It normally takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the size of your orders. There may be delays due to high volume times, so please plan ahead and order as early as possible.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries worldwide. We reserve the right to refuse shipments to high-risk countries.

What shipping carriers do you use?

To ensure that your orders arrive safely and promptly, we partner with extremely reliable shipping carriers, offering express air service with state-of-the-art tracking system: DHL or FedEx. Please contact us if you have a preference for a particular shipping method.

What are your shipping rates?

After receiving your order, we will calculate shipping rate and keep you informed. Rest assured that our shipping rates are very reasonable due to our long-time partnerships with the shipping carriers.

Can I use my own shipping account?

If you have an account with the shipping carriers and want to use it to pay for your shipment, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

When will you send me tracking information?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment along with the tracking number.

Am I responsible for import taxes, duties and fees in my country?

Yes, all import taxes, duties and fees incurred in your country are your sole responsibility. You are encouraged to contact your local customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes and other charges. We cannot be held responsible for taxes, duties and fees imposed by your local government.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns in case of our errors, such as defective or wrong items, within 7 days after the date of receipt. Please inform us prior to your returns so we can verify that your returns are valid. All returns without prior notice will not be accepted.
