What is your minimum order amount?

Do I have to sign up for a wholesale account?

Yes, you are required to register for a wholesale account to view our products and to make purchases online.

How can I sign up?

Can I view your product prices right after signing up?

We need to review your application and activate your wholesale account before you can view our product prices.

How long will I wait for account approval?

Upon receipt of your application, we will review it and keep you informed of its status within 1 business day via email.

Ordering

How can I order?

You can order online directly via our website as follows:

  • Create your wholesale account by filling out a simple form.
  • Browse or search our online catalog to find the items you like.
  • Choose options (if any), quantities, and add the items  into your shopping bag.
  • Checkout to send us your order without paying (we will contact you for payment later).
Alternatively, you can order via email at sales@quecraft.com. Please include item codes and quantities in your email.

Of course, we can. Please feel free to contact us for your custom order requests.

Can I cancel my order? What is your cancellation fee?

Yes. All orders canceled after production has begun will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value.

Payment

What is your payment term?

A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to process your order. The rest of the total value plus shipping cost and other charges (if applicable) must be paid before we ship the order to you. Prior to sending the rest of the payment, if you need a photo proof of finished products, please feel free to let us know.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept secure payment via Bank Transfer or PayPal.

Please note that paying via PayPal will incur 5% extra charge on your total amount to cover PayPal fees for processing your payment. Paying via Bank Transfer will NOT incur this extra charge.

What currency do you accept?

We accept United States Dollars (USD) for all orders.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do NOT charge sales tax on all orders.

Processing

Is there anything cruel to water buffalos?

Buffalos are common domestic animals in our rural areas. Their horns are harvested when they die naturally after a long and productive life as a working member of Vietnamese families.

We ship to all countries worldwide. We reserve the right to refuse shipments to high-risk countries.

What shipping carriers do you use?

To ensure that your orders arrive safely and promptly, we use DHL Express air service with state-of-the-art tracking system.

What are your shipping rates?

After receiving your order, we will calculate shipping rate and keep you informed. Rest assured that our shipping rates are very reasonable due to our long-time partnerships with the shipping carriers.

When will you send me tracking information?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment along with the tracking number.

Am I responsible for import taxes, duties and fees in my country?

Yes, all import taxes, duties and fees incurred in your country are your sole responsibility. You are encouraged to contact your local customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes and other charges. We cannot be held responsible for taxes, duties and fees imposed by your local government.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns in case of our errors, such as defective or wrong items, within 7 days after the date of receipt. Please inform us prior to your returns so we can verify that your returns are valid. All returns without prior notice will not be accepted. Please understand that we only refund via PayPal.
